TIPS

1)  A SNUG FIT, is an ideal fit. The shoe will eventually mold to the contour of your foot.

2)  A TIGHT FIT, can also sometimes make a great fit, with some stretching. Shoes can be stretched at your local shoe repair store, department store or can be self stretched at home by doing the following:

*  Apply rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad/ball.
*  Rub and hold the alcohol soaked pad/ball tightly to the INSIDE of desired stretching area of shoe.
*  After a few applications, manually pull in and out or push back and forth the tight area of the shoe.
*  Do this enough times so the material softens up. Try it, it really works!

After performing all these procedures and shoes are still too tight, digging or causing pain, they should be returned for improper fit. Please make sure shoes are in original condition if you plan on returning or exchanging.

3)  IF HEEL IS TIGHT, do the same as above. Once the above procedure is completed, push the heel forward, then back and again, repeatedly and vigorously. This will soften and break the material in, so it does not dig or irritate your heal.

4)  IF SHOE IS SLIGHTLY LOOSE, shoes pads can be placed either in the front or back, depending on the type of shoe. Sandal's and mule's are tightened by placing shoe pads in front of shoe. Closed heel and toe shoes are tightened by placing pads either in the front, back or both. Shoe pads are inexpensive, if not free at your local shoe repair store, shoe boutiques or department stores.

5) Do not expect ALL shoes to fit ideally on EVERY first try. Wear shoes for short periods of time for a couple of days(around the house), to break them in.

Shoe trees are always recommended to maintain a good fit, form and longevity of shoes.
